Richard Allen McGee growing in frustration with the lack of success pursuing his secular musical dreams, he got on his knees, before God, and asked "What do You want me to do?". God, speaking to his soul, told him," you need to sing for My glory, not for yours. He began singing in church. In 1997 he moved to Miami, Florida.
Richard Allen McGee now lives in Ft. Myers, Florida and has multiple careers as an Singer/Songwriter, and Music Director for St. Finbarr Catholic Parish. He is also a retired Paramedic. His music strives to glorify God with no denominational agenda. His music incorporates a mixture of Easy listening, with a bit of an R&B feel, with a sprinkle of Rock. He has been influenced by just about everyone he's listened to but, his favorites included Michael W. Smith, Chris Tomlin and Michael Jackson.
